Refunds & download help

If you have a duplicate charge, purchased the wrong selection, cannot access your files, or need to ask about a refund, contact Mike Conrad.

Include the email address used for your order, the purchase date, the selected titles and your Stripe receipt or order reference. Do not email full card numbers or other payment credentials.

Mike will review the issue and help resolve it. Purchases and free reviewer copies are separate: please include the title and the email used at checkout so we can find your order.
